Do you charge for shipping & handling?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! HQVapers ships worldwide to any country in the world.

How do you handle defective on arrival / DOA orders?

HQVapers guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. HQVapers covers all return shipping charges.

How are refunds handled?

Payments and Refunds made through PayPal (or your credit card).

Is it safe to shop at HQVapers?

HQVapers guarantees your privacy and security. We do not store any credit card information as your trusted payment processors such as PayPal handles them all. We receive only the necessary information to deliver your order.

What is the Money Back Guarantee all about?

Not happy with a product? Send it back. You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. (Note: If the return is not a result of our error, customers may be required to cover shipping cost both ways). For more information visit Returns & Exchanges.

Will you provide Tracking Numbers & information?

Yes! We provide tracking numbers & information.

What payment methods do you accept?

HQVapers currently accepts PayPal. (With PayPal, you can pay by credit card, debit card, and bank accounts via EFT. These are all automatically performed by PayPal, usually requiring no extra work on your part.) In the meantime, we are working with other Payment processors.

Why should I buy via PayPal?

PayPal is the mostly trusted third party payment processor in the world. PayPal protects your financial information during transactions and you can always open a case. When you checkout via PayPal, HQVapers only sees your shipping address and optionally a telephone number.

How long does it take for orders to despatch?

Items that are in stock are shipped typically in 1 to 3 business days (Depending on our shipping agency)

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?

Yes, These addresses are supported with our shipping agency.

How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

Because HQVapers ships from our warehouse in HongKong, we have no sales tax or duties implied by the HongKong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or duties.

Although the chance of packages assessed by the customs is small, HQVapers encourages customers to check with their local customs office for potential import taxes, duties or tariffs prior to placing the order. However HQVapers is not responsible for products confiscated by the customs in customers' countries.

How are replacements shipped for lost packages?

Replacements are shipped using the same service the original package used.
